Members of the group had an excellent afternoon out at Robertsbridge Aviation Museum on July 30.

Robertsbridge Aviation Museum There is a large collection of models, guns, aeroplane parts, photos and memorabilia which emphasis the technical achievements but also the human cost and bravery displayed in both World Wars. It is interesting and moving and I would recommend a visit for all age groups. Lots of objects were recovered in this area, Rye, Newenden and Northiam among others. Robertsbridge Aviation Museum

Bush Barn is set in beautiful surroundings too with a garden and views well worth seeing and they provide very nice tea and cake!
